Just a 5-minute drive from Lido di Latina, with its internationally important coastal lakes and its coastal dunes – a unique, still unspoilt environment in Italy protected by the European Union – and a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Sabaudia and the Circeo promontory.

You will enjoy a real holiday atmosphere thanks to the nearby sea and Lake Fogliano, both easily reached by bike or on a jog along the nearby cycle path.

The villa is surrounded by its own private garden. Patios, tables and seating create different settings for breakfast, relaxation and evenings together.
